BeamLight Foundation (BLF) visited the above named schools and educated the pupils on the basics of sex education. The pupils were taught the differences between the public and private parts of the body. They were encouraged not to allow anyone touch nor see their private parts. The pupils were equally taught the importance of setting boundaries and having healthy relationships. They were equally encouraged to always speak up and report any act of sexual molestation or sexual abuse to their parents/guardians, teachers and, counsellor.
Also, the pupils were taught to imbibe leadership traits and skills such as, integrity/honesty, kindness/compassion, self-confidence, problem-solving skills, responsibility et cetera. They were equally taught how to modify their behaviour and unlearn bad habits.
